Noah Ashley joined CBRE’s Affordable Housing Group in January 2022. As a part of the Debt & Structured Finance team, Noah is responsible for supporting the underwriting for Affordable Multifamily debt transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Noah worked in Business Development and Risk Analysis at Microcredit Organization Furuz in Bokhtar, Tajikistan. Noah graduated with a bachelor degree in Finance and bachelor degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
