Noble Judy serves CBRE's Leasing Services practice as First Vice President for the greater Nashville area, leading the Nashville market in occupier needs.
Noble provides consulting services to a wide variety of clients with a focus on client goals and objectives to deliver value-added real estate solutions.
A native of Nashville, Noble previously worked in wealth management at both Lincoln Financial and UBS Financial Services, Inc. He founded Metropolitan Property Management in 2009 and led the company until his exit in 2017 when he transitioned to CBRE. His entrepreneurial experience gives him a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges that business leaders face in real estate from both an investment and management perspective.
