Noble Judy serves CBRE’s Leasing Services practice as Vice President for the greater Nashville area.
As a team they offer 50 years of combined experience and lead the Nashville market in occupier needs. Together, they provide consulting services to a wide variety of clients with a focus on client goals and objectives to deliver value-added real estate solutions.
A native of Nashville, Mr. Judy has been in the wealth management and property management businesses for the past decade. He joins CBRE most recently from Metropolitan Property Management, Inc., where he was the owner. His entrepreneurialism gives him an understanding of the opportunities and challenges that business owners face in real estate from both an investment and management standpoint.
