Olivia is an Associate in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Olivia is responsible for marketing and leasing a wide variety of new and existing retail and mixed-use developments in metro Atlanta and across Georgia.
Prior to joining CBRE, Olivia was a senior leasing manager with a boutique agency in Atlanta where she curated synergetic tenant mixes, advocated for her clients’ interests in lease negotiations, and secured optimal terms for properties with varied objectives.
Olivia’s dynamic portfolio, which spanned Georgia, included new construction and existing grocery-anchored shopping centers, strip centers, standalone buildings, mixed-use projects, lifestyle centers, and outparcels. Olivia received a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Georgia in 2019.
