Olivia serves as a Senior Associate within CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group, where she specializes in the marketing and leasing of retail and mixed-use developments throughout metro Atlanta, including key submarkets such as Sandy Springs and Alpharetta, as well as core intown markets including Midtown and its surrounding neighborhoods. Her approach centers on curating strategic tenant mixes that align with local consumer demographics, generating operational synergies, and maximizing asset value for her clients.
A passionate advocate for placemaking, Olivia focuses on transforming properties into dynamic destinations that foster extended dwell time by integrating a cohesive blend of living, shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences. Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Olivia served as a senior leasing manager with Dart Retail Advisors. In this capacity, she managed a diverse portfolio across Georgia that included new construction, grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use projects, lifestyle centers, and outparcels. Her experience encompasses the full spectrum of leasing objectives, from negotiating complex lease terms to executing long-term repositioning strategies.
