Olivia Jeffries

Olivia Jeffries serves as the Account Transition Lead for CBRE’s Americas Consulting Practice. In this role, she spearheads the establishment of new accounts by designing and implementing sustainable Workplace & Occupancy programs that prioritize people, process, and technology. Olivia effectively manages change, ensuring continuity and quality of service throughout the 30-, 60-, or 90-day transition period. Her responsibilities encompass developing transition plans, communicating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions, assessing and mitigating risks, and identifying and training resources. Throughout the process, she ensures that transitions align with organizational goals and are completed on time, fostering a positive environment for change.

In addition to supporting new business, Olivia standardizes and streamlines best practice content for the Americas Consulting platform, focusing on diagnostic account health checks and the products and services offered by Americas Consulting. She prioritizes building communities of practices and fostering relationships across accounts and sectors.

With over a decade of experience in strategic occupancy planning space data management for corporate real estate organizations, Olivia previously worked as a Global Occupancy Planning Lead at JLL. There, she led the Lenovo and HERE Technologies accounts, managing teams of global occupancy planners. She was responsible for executing real estate strategies, developing processes for strategic and tactical planning, and implementing best practices. During Olivia’s tenure at JLL, Olivia worked across all aspects of planning, including supply/demand analyses, space programming, test fits for office relocations and restacks, implementing CAFM/IWMS solutions, and developing space data audit and governance programs.

Olivia began her career as a Facilities Planner at Scientific Games where she managed two corporate campus restack projects, led the implementation of CAFM/IWMS solution, and facilitated change management and training for the corporate facilities organization.
