Olivia Jeffries

Olivia Jeffries is the Global Transition Lead for CBRE’s Consulting Accounts, leading new account implementations and establishing sustainable Occupancy, Portfolio Strategy, and Workplace programs grounded in people, process, and technology. She directs transition planning, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and resource identification and onboarding to maintain service continuity and quality. Her approach aligns delivery with organizational goals and provides a disciplined foundation for managing change.

Beyond new account transitions, Olivia strengthens the Consulting platform by standardizing best-practice content, conducting diagnostic health checks, and refining product and service offerings. She builds communities of practice that connect expertise across accounts and sectors.

Olivia brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic occupancy planning and space data management. Previously, as a Global Occupancy Planning Lead at JLL, she oversaw the Lenovo and HERE Technologies accounts and managed global planning teams. Her expertise spans the full planning lifecycle, including supply/demand analyses, space programming, relocation and restack test fits, CAFM/IWMS implementation, and the design of space data audit and governance programs.

Olivia began her career as a Facilities Planner at Scientific Games, where she managed corporate campus restack projects, implemented CAFM/IWMS solutions, and led change management and training for the corporate facilities organization.

• Bachelor degree in Geography from the University of Maryland, College Park
• Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago
