Olivia Reed is a Senior Associate on the Austin Industrial Brokerage Services team for CBRE. Born and raised in Austin, Olivia combines her deep local knowledge with significant experience gained from her time at CBRE’s Dallas office. Over the past eight years, Olivia has developed a robust skill set in landlord leasing, tenant representation, and dispositions and acquisitions, working with Fortune 500 companies on both local and national levels. Since joining CBRE in 2016, she has successfully managed transactions totaling over 25 million square feet.

Olivia is well-versed in both industrial and flex product, having managed 2 million sq. ft. of flex/industrial space with Link Logistics. Her expertise extends to advising developers on what to build based on her deep understanding of tenant needs and market trends. She has also worked closely with institutional owners, demonstrating her versatility and strategic insight. Recognized on the Heavy Hitters list in her first year as a broker, Olivia quickly established a reputation for excellence and efficiency. Known for her concise approach and ability to close deals swiftly while ensuring the best outcomes for both owners and tenants, she is a dynamic force in the industry.
