Olman Chaheine

Olman Chaheine is a Financial Analyst with the National Retail Partners – Midwest. Since its formation, the team has completed over 1,200 transactions containing over 167 million square feet of retail properties valued in excess of $17.3 billion. His primary responsibilities include performing complex financial analyses, building customized Argus and Excel models for Broker Opinion of Value assignments, evaluating due diligence materials including leases and financial statements, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data, assisting in the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits, aiding in the creation of nationwide offering memorandums, and a range of other project-specific tasks.

Olman joined CBRE in June of 2024 as part of the NRP – Midwest team. Olman graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate in June 2024.
