Osman “Ozzy” Mandzo is a Project Manager with CBRE Project Management in Hawaii, advising clients in all phases of project management, including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases of a project.
Before joining CBRE, Ozzy served as a Senior Project Engineer at Swinerton Builders in Honolulu. In that role, he oversaw his projects’ overall cost management while ensuring profitability and positive cash flow. He also tracked labor productivity and budgets, contributed to schedule development, and performed daily site walks to monitor progress and maintain strong relationships with craft teams. Prior to Swinerton Builders, Ozzy worked for Turner Construction Company in Boston, where he held various roles, including superintendent, cost analyst and engineer.
