Pam Strieffler is a seasoned commercial real estate professional known for her strong market insight and ability to adapt to shifting consumer trends. As a Vice President with CBRE, Pam work includes retail tenant and landlord representation, ground-up development, and site acquisition across Virginia. She represents national, regional, and local retailers, and has extensive experience advising major ownership groups such as Shopcore, Rebkee, CTO Growth, Slate Asset Management, TRP, and Blackwood Development. She also provides negotiation support and strategic consulting for both landlords and tenants throughout the area.
Ms. Strieffler joined CBRE after a 20-year career with Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer. A Richmond native, she began her real estate career in industrial sales and leasing with Porter Realty, Inc.
