Pam is a Vice President and a veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Pam is an industry leader and focuses on landlord and tenant representation throughout Virginia. She also specializes in leasing major shopping centers for many national, regional and local owners. Pam has been instrumental in pre-leasing of numerous retail development projects. Pam’s extensive market knowledge and long standing relationships with clients has enabled her to be a market leader. Prior to joining CBRE, Pam was in retail sales and leasing for Cushman & Wakefield / Thalhimer for over 20 years. Pam is a Richmond native.
