Parker Duffie is Managing Director in CBRE’s Houston and Louisiana offices, where he oversees the office, industrial and healthcare leasing business.
Mr. Duffie manages the market’s business operations and drives the growth strategies for our leasing business. Additionally, he is responsible for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest talent across the Houston/Louisiana markets and for equipping our professionals with best-in-class resources to deliver superior results on behalf of all our clients.
With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Duffie most recently served as a CBRE office investor leasing broker in Houston, where he was responsible for leasing over 8.5 million square feet across 30 buildings during his career.
