Parker Jensen

Parker Jensen is a Financial Analyst in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group. In 2022, he joined the firm’s Atlanta office, where he is responsible for providing analytical and deal support. His primary responsibilities include due diligence, analysis, and financial underwriting for senior, mezzanine, and equity financing.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Jensen was a Financial Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Jensen joined the company in 2021 and was primarily responsible for providing analytical and deal support. Previously, Mr. Jensen interned at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), a pension fund, where he was part of the real estate group based in Madison, WI. In addition to SWIB, Mr. Jensen interned at Physicians Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT, where he worked with the finance, asset management, and investment groups.
