Pat Boyle

Pat Boyle rejoined CBRE in 2025 as an Executive Vice President. He specializes in landlord representation, working with both institutional and private owners of office buildings throughout the Phoenix area. Throughout his 12 year12-year career, Pat has completed over 500 lease transactions, totaling more than 10 million rentable square feet of office space.

Pat brings a “customer service” oriented approach to deal pursuits with the tenant rep brokerage community and is often praised by his counterparts for both his proactive approach in deal pursuits, and his ability to offer creative solutions in the dealmaking process.  Pat also prides himself oin providing energetic, memorable and comprehensive property tours to prospective tenants and their brokers.

Prior to rejoining CBRE, Pat served as a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner in one of Phoenix’s leading office landlord leasing teams. With a strong foundation in market research and analytics, which he gained from his earlier role as an office researcher at CBRE, Pat brings deep insight into the Phoenix metro commercial real estate landscape.

Throughout his career, Pat has been actively involved in the commercial real estate community. He is a member of NAIOP and served as the 2019 President of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program, reflecting his commitment to industry leadership and mentorship. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
