Pat Feeney is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Phoenix office, focusing on Industrial and Logistics. Pat has knowledge and experience in the leasing and selling of industrial properties, land sales, build to suit projects, investment property sales and landlord and tenant representation throughout the Phoenix Industrial market. Entering his 40th year in commercial real estate with CBRE, Pat has brokered over 5,000 transactions for over 500 million square feet. He has consistently been ranked in the top 20 percent of brokers in the Phoenix CBRE office. Considered a market expert in the metropolitan Phoenix industrial sector, Pat is frequently called upon to contribute to publications in the real estate market.
Pat began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1985. In 1987, Pat partnered with Joe Porter, one of Arizona’s leading industrial commercial real estate professionals. Daniel Calihan joined the team in 1996, and Tyler Vowels in 2021. Over the course of the last 40 years, their team has been among the top producing brokerage professionals for CBRE’s Phoenix office on a yearly basis.
Prior to his real estate career CBRE, Pat worked in the photography and restaurant industries
for several years, owning his own businesses and honing his client service mindset.
