Pat Kaplan joined CBRE’s Long Island office in 2006 and works in partnership with Martin Lomazow, Philip Heilpern, Matt Manoogian and Dom Maffei of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services who, together as a team, have represented many of Long Island’s most prominent firms. Pat brings a wealth of client service support and plays a critical role in the daily functionality of the team by executing client tools and objectives of project requirements.
With a solid administrative operations background and progressively responsible administrative management experience, her knowledge and drive are significant additions to CBRE’s growing office. Pat substantially improves the workflow quality with her self-driven efforts, abilities, and resourcefulness. She is also an enthusiastic and purposeful professional with proven skills in developing positive client relationships. Pat supports the team in many ways and, if needed, can be relied upon as a central liaison between the clients and the team. In addition, she manages the team’s library of essential tools, which have been assembled over some time, and will aid in deliverables to suit individual client needs.
Additionally, Pat collaborates as the Client Services Team Lead with the office client service coordinators/specialists and is always willing to share and interface with peers and management.
Before entering her career in the commercial real estate industry, Pat’s previous background included roles as Assistant Vice President and Department Head of Administrative Operations for MLA, Inc., Office Manager of PLE Consulting Company, Inc., and Sales Office Coordinator for Pharmafair, Inc. (acquired by Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals, Inc.).
