Patricia Choi serves as an Investment Banking Associate at CBRE Capital Advisors. Before joining CBRE, she worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Union Gaming Securities LLC, where she managed valuation analyses, built templates for equity and high yield trading comparables for the Asian gaming industry, and created client pitch materials. Additionally, she participated in Goldman Sachs' Virtual Insight Series focused on investment banking technical knowledge and soft skills.
Prior to Union gaming, Ms. Choi worked as a Corporate Finance Intern at Belden Inc., Patricia prepared $1.9 million in foreign payment documents and remittance, resulting in reimbursed ~$1.8 million foreign payment. She also authored foreign payments’ instruction manuals, processed commercial and customs invoices, and managed fixed assets and inventories.
Ms. Choi graduated from Indiana University with dual degree in finance and accounting. During her time at Indiana University, she held the role of Equity Research Analyst for the Knall-Cohen Investment Fund, actively participated in the Finance Diversity Program, and served as Vice President of the Hong Kong Student Association. Patricia’s background lends itself to a strong analytical mindset, exceptional financial acumen, and proven leadership skills, making her a valuable asset to her team.
