Patricia is an Executive Vice President with forty years of commercial real estate experience in investment sales and industrial leasing. She has tackled complex transactions and specializes in corporate real estate services, with a focus on leasehold and fee acquisitions, as well as dispositions. She has provided corporate services representation for numerous clients at the local, regional and national level, and has been responsible for office and industrial sales and lease transactions in excess of 20 million square feet, and over 2,500 acres in land sales.
