Patrick Arangio is the Vice Chairman of the National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisory practice at CBRE. For over 25 years, Mr. Arangio has advised and placed over $39 billion in commercial mortgage loans and real estate portfolios in the secondary market.
As the lead advisor and transaction manager on over 250 large sale assignments, Mr. Arangio has curated sale and marketing strategies for a diverse group of institutional lender, servicer, and corporate user clients. He specializes in sales of performing and non-performing loan portfolios, single asset loan sales and REO assets secured by all product types located throughout North America along with consensual short sale and UCC Foreclosure processes. Since 2010, he has integrated large-scale strategic real estate portfolio sales as part of his practice.
Mr. Arangio oversees all aspects of the sale process including development of prospective sales strategies, portfolio and pool structuring, capital markets implementation, institutional contact liaison, negotiation and closing with buyers/sellers, and financing on behalf of sellers with all related ancillary advisory functions.
