Associated Office
Patrick Benoist is a First Vice President at CBRE with over 15 years of real estate experience. As part of the National Office Partners - Texas team based in Dallas, he specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. Patrick was previously a Director on the acquisitions team at CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM). In this role, he focused on sourcing transactions on behalf of the firm's various funds and separate account mandates investing in office, industrial and retail assets across Texas and the Southeast U.S. region. Prior to joining CBREIM, Patrick was a Director in CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in Asia Pacific.
Based in Hong Kong, he worked in the Client Solutions function within GWS, supporting the delivery of business development pursuits and go-to-market strategies. Patrick started his career in commercial mortgage brokerage with CBRE Capital Markets in Dallas.
