Patrick Bodnar has over 21 years of real estate experience. He has been involved in the successful execution of more than 300 transactions and advised on numerous others totaling over $1.5 billion in sales. As a Senior Vice President on the CBRE Salt Lake Multifamily Team, Patrick has represented and advised on the largest multifamily transactions in the state for the past five years.
Leveraging CBRE’s preeminent Institutional Group and multifamily investment sales platform empowers Patrick in providing unmatched market coverage for his clients, connecting aggressive capital sources with investment opportunities in Utah. Regardless of the level of investment, Patrick offers his clients the same high-quality, institutional-grade services, aiding him in the successful execution of hundreds of real estate transactions.
Before joining CBRE in 2016, Patrick was a consistent producer and a principle member of Mountain West Commercial. Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Utah. He and his wife Jane have been married for 24 years and have five children.
