Patrick Conway

Patrick Conway leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, zero cashflow transactions, lease restructuring, merchant developer representation, and portfolio dispositions nationwide. Patrick joined CBRE in 2022 with more than 12 years of transactional brokerage experience in the commercial real estate industry and over $1.3 billion in closed transactions, representing over 500 individual properties. Patrick holds the prominent position of Senior Vice President and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group.

Patrick grew up in Pasadena, California. He attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in Public Policy and Real Estate Development. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, going to the beach and volunteering. Patrick has been a soccer and track coach for the Special Olympics for over 10 years.
