Professional Experience
Patrick J. Dugan is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc. With a primary focus in the Brooklyn and lower Manhattan submarkets, Patrick assists his clients in the development and implementation of comprehensive real estate strategies and has executed on a variety of transaction structures throughout his career.
Prior to re-joining CBRE in 2022, Patrick was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a key member of C&W’s outerboroughs expansion and co-led a team of 10 leasing professionals, advising both tenants and landlords. He also previously held management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for and oversaw brokerage operations for approximately 150 brokers in their midtown and downtown offices.
Patrick began his real estate career at CBRE in 2005, focused on business development and transaction advisory services in the Brooklyn, lower Manhattan and Midtown South submarkets.
Patrick serves as a Director on the Brooklyn Alliance Board, a division of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers his time and energy for the benefit of many other non-profit and philanthropic endeavors. He is a life-long Brooklynite, resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his family.
