Patrick J. Dugan

Patrick J. Dugan is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc. With a primary focus in New York City and its outer boroughs, Patrick assists his clients in the development and implementation of comprehensive real estate strategies and has executed on a variety of transaction structures. Throughout his career, Patrick has earned a reputation as a well-known deal closer, particularly in the education and not-for-profit sectors.

Patrick began his real estate career at CBRE in 2005, focused on business development and transaction advisory services in the Brooklyn, lower Manhattan and Midtown South submarkets.

Prior to re-joining CBRE in 2022, Patrick was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a key member of C&W’s outer boroughs expansion and co-led a team of 10 leasing professionals, advising both tenants and landlords. He also previously held management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for and oversaw brokerage operations for approximately 150 brokers throughout their New York City offices.

Patrick holds several leadership roles in the Brooklyn community, serving on the St. Francis College Board of Trustees, where he chairs the Development & College Relations committee and sits on the Audit & Risk committee. He is also the President of the SFC Alumni Advisory Board and a Director for the Brooklyn Alliance through the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick uses his professional standing to support Brooklyn’s educational and business communities, continuing his family’s strong ties to the borough. He is a life-long Brooklynite, residing in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his wife and children.
