Associated Office
Patrick is an Associate with the Retail Investment Properties team based in Cincinnati, OH. He focuses on leading sales of unanchored and convenience strip centers, single-tenant net lease assets, and other retail sales throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
Prior to advancing into the Associate role, Patrick supported the Ohio & Kentucky Investment Properties team, focusing on Retail, Office, and Industrial properties. During his short time with the team, Patrick assisted in $430 million in investment sales. Patrick took a keen interest in the Retail sector during his time in this role. He also interned with the same Ohio & Kentucky Investment Properties team and at UBS, focusing on alternative investment opportunities for their private wealth management clients.
