Patrick Juhlin is a partner in Land Services Group in Salt Lake City, UT. He comes from a residential and commercial building inspection background involving work with developers and bank executives. Patrick also has a background in Geographical Information Systems “GIS” technology which has added new capabilities into the field of Land Services. This provides the Utah Land Services Group with unmatched research capabilities across the state of Utah.

Patrick has specialized in both basic and complex land transactions since 2007 when he joined CBRE. Through his focus along the Wasatch Front market, he provides clients with unmatched insight into current market conditions and prevailing trends affecting property values. This ultimately achieves maximum value for sellers, while negotiating favorable terms for purchasers.

The Salt Lake City Land Services Group, which is comprised of Patrick Juhlin and his partner Bruce Zollinger, represents land owners across the state of Utah. Their fundamental purpose is to represent their clients’ best interests at all times while maximizing the value of their property. Bruce and Patrick’s combined experience help land owners navigate complex transactions that has led to proven results. In the past five years, Patrick has successfully closed 192 land transactions consisting of 14,357 acres with a total consideration of $162 million dollars.
