Patrick Stelmach is an urban land specialist and focusing on land sales for residential development. Patrick specializes in representing sellers of infill land around the Sacramento, Sierra Nevada, and Central Valley regions of California for the development of multi-family, single-family, affordable housing, student housing, and mixed-use projects. Patrick assists clients with complex dispositions of all types, including entitled land, surplus land, raw land within existing development patterns, and master planned developments.
Patrick brings subject matter expertise in zoning, planning, and permitting processes, financing, environmental concerns, and community engagement. His technical skills also include affordable housing, land entitlements, and bankruptcy sales. The combination of these experiences provides credibility as it pertains to underwriting land for residential development projects.
Throughout his career, he has sold and leased more than 500,000 sq. ft. in urban core properties with more than $350 million in consideration. His belief that creating more affordable housing, at all levels of affordability, to solve social issues is what drives him forward.
