He specializes in the valuation of investment grade office and retail buildings, luxury residential projects, development sites and air rights in Manhattan. Mr. Sullivan is currently a Vice President in the CBRE New York office in the Northeast Region.
Patrick provides comprehensive appraisal and consulting services for commercial real estate in the Tri-State region, serving a broad client base including US and International financial institutions, developers, and property owners. Mr. Sullivan is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
