Professional Experience
Patty Davis is the National HUD Practice Leader for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services, with nine years of practical experience in commercial real estate analysis and appraisal and 12 years in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Davis is in the Valuation & Advisory Services group's Kansas City office in the Midwest Region.
Ms. Davis specializes in multi-family work, and leads the CBRE HUD MAP Group, which provides appraisals and market studies specific to HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) guidelines for 223(f) and 221(d)(4) financing. Ms. Davis has HUD MAP experience in 40 states, and also provides multifamily valuations for conventional and Agency appraisals in both Kansas and Missouri.
Ms. Davis has extensive experience with income-restricted developments, including properties designated for seniors, farmworkers, veterans, homeless and persons with disabilities. Additional experience includes supply and demand analysis, the valuation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), Section 8-assisted, and USDA Rural Development properties.
Prior to joining the Kansas City CBRE office, Mrs. Davis was a manager and senior analyst with Novogradac & Company LLP, specializing in appraisals, market studies, and Rent Comparability Studies, with an emphasis on HUD MAP work.
