Paul Chee

Paul Chee is Senior Director and Head of Occupancy Management for CBRE Asia Pacific. With more than 18 years of experience in workplace, occupancy and portfolio planning, he has played a key role in the evolution of CBRE's Occupancy Management and Occupancy Planning capabilities both regionally and globally, developing solutions for some of CBRE's largest client accounts.

Since joining CBRE in 2015, Paul has supported local, regional and global clients across workplace strategy, occupancy planning, workplace analytics, space data management and portfolio optimisation initiatives. His experience spans a range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology, where he has advised clients on workplace transformation, future occupancy requirements, hybrid working strategies and complex real estate decisions.

In his current role, Paul leads CBRE's Occupancy Management and Occupancy Planning practice across Asia Pacific, overseeing a regional network of embedded occupancy professionals supporting some of the firm's largest client accounts. He is responsible for developing capability, sharing best practices and ensuring clients receive consistent, data-driven advice across the region.

Having worked extensively across Asia Pacific, Paul brings a deep understanding of the region's diverse workplace, cultural and real estate environments, helping organisations balance global workplace strategies with local market realities. More recently, he has been a strong advocate for integrating occupancy planning and workplace analytics into broader portfolio, workplace and transaction strategies, helping clients incorporate occupancy intelligence earlier into strategic real estate decision-making.

Paul has a keen interest in how occupancy planning, workplace analytics and space data management integrate with the broader real estate lifecycle to help organisations make more informed portfolio and workplace decisions.
