Paul King serves as Senior Managing Director for CBRE Property Management in the Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego regions. His team of 140 real estate professionals provides management services for more than 70 million square feet of commercial property.
Paul brings more than 30 years of leasing, operations, asset management, construction management and business strategy experience to his role. Most recently he served as National Leasing Manager for Arden Realty, a division of GE Capital’s equity real estate group with a 16 million square feet portfolio.
Paul is a Southern California native and attended the University of California at Los Angeles.
