Paul McPeake serves as a Managing Director for CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in multifamily finance. Mr. McPeake was an inaugural member of CBRE Multifamily Capital and is a part of the company’s credit committee and management team. He has structured, underwritten, and priced over $70 billion in Fannie Mae DUS loans since the group’s inception. Paul currently leads the group’s front-end efforts responsible for the production of new Fannie Mae business and has also been integral in the development and program management of various strategic lending partnerships at the firm. From 2013-2020, Paul was responsible for the trading of CBRE’s Fannie Mae DUS and FHA GNMA securities.
Mr. McPeake began his career in 2005 with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
