Mr. McPeake has over 8 years of experience in the commercial mortgage finance industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McPeake was involved in the underwriting of over $500 million of DUS and Freddie Mac loans at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. At CBRE, he has been responsible for the structuring, pricing and underwriting of more than $3Billion of agency loans.
