Paul McPeake serves as a Director for CBRE Capital Markets specializing in multifamily finance. Mr. McPeake was an inaugural member of CBRE Multifamily Capital, joining in 2008, and is a member of the company’s credit committee and management team. Mr. McPeake has structured, underwritten, and priced over $60 Billion in Fannie Mae DUS loans since the group’s inception. Paul currently leads the group’s screening team, responsible for the production of new Fannie Mae business, and has been active outside the agencies in the development and product management of various strategic lending partnerships at the firm. From 2013-2020, Paul was responsible for the trading of CBRE’s Fannie Mae DUS and FHA GNMA securities.
Mr. McPeake began his career with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where he was an underwriter specializing in GSE finance. Mr. McPeake earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
