Paul Myers is a Vice Chairman with CBRE and is responsible for tenant representation activities of New York City-based clients.

Mr. Myers has negotiated many of the industry’s most noteworthy and complex commercial real estate transactions. He has a demonstrated ability to successfully manage large project teams, including external partners, through a search and negotiation process.  His strategic and consultative skills, focus and dedication to service have earned him the trust of his clients, as evidenced by his long-term representation of companies such as S&P Global, FUJIFILM, two preeminent global consulting firms (confidential), Intercontinental Exchange/The New York Stock Exchange, Morrison & Foerster, Squarespace, Johnson & Johnson and Publicis.

He is one of the leading leasing professionals at CBRE, as borne out by his repeat membership in CBRE’s Chairman’s Club and Colbert Coldwell Circle, as well as being named Chairperson for CBRE’s Brokerage Advisory Board, an entity responsible for improving the firm’s ability to serve clients around the globe.

Mr. Myers’ career at CBRE began in 1985 as a Regional Financial Analyst prior to joining the brokerage team. In that capacity, he provided financial services in support of the Manhattan market and the Northeastern U.S. He valued properties, analyzed leases and structured transactions for the brokerage, investment banking, consulting, appraisal and finance divisions—experience that has proven extremely effective for structuring and negotiating transactions for his clients.
