Over the course of his career, he has successfully executed over 75 million square feet of transactions across more than 30 countries, with a total career valuation exceeding $13 billion. A relentless advocate for his clients, Paul holds the distinction of being the youngest professional ever elevated to both Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman in the history of CBRE Chicago.

Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is deeply committed to civic leadership and philanthropy. In 2018, he and his siblings founded The Reaumond Foundation in memory of their father, Bob Reaumond, a respected veteran of the Chicago real estate community. Under Paul’s leadership, the foundation is dedicated to alleviating the financial and personal burdens faced by patients and families navigating pancreatic cancer. Through initiatives such as Homes of Hope, the foundation has raised over $3.5 million to fund innovative research and provide critical support to those in need.
