He has built one of the firm’s highest-performing teams, bolstered by his keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by each client and his unwavering commitment to aligning real estate strategies with overarching business objectives.

In 2018, Paul and his siblings founded the Reaumond Foundation in memory of their father, Bob Reaumond. Bob, a beloved husband, father, accomplished musician, and well-respected member of the Chicago commercial real estate community, was diagnosed with cancer in September 2016 and passed away in October 2017. At the core of every initiative championed by the Reaumond Foundation lies a steadfast dedication to alleviating the challenges—financial and otherwise—faced by patients and their families throughout their treatment journeys.
