Paul Tamboia

Paul leads the day-to-day operations of Strategic Sourcing on the Goldman Sachs & Co account across the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico and select countries within Latin America. Paul is responsible for the development and implementation of a companywide strategic procurement platform for service and supply contracts, capital expenditure and corporate purchases with an overall objective of aggregating and leveraging purchasing power, increasing operational efficiency and increasing profitability.

Paul has more than 15 years of sourcing experience. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent more than 5 years with URS Corporation as the Contract Manager working for Goldman Sachs, Global Real Estate Procurement in the Real Estate Group that plans, develops, builds and operates Goldman Sachs facilities in over 60 cities in 23 countries around the world. Most recently, he managed the procurement and contracting of 180 Million dollar redevelopment of a 4 ½ star hotel and retail complex. He has also worked for URS as a contract manager working in conjunction with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey providing the management of the procurement and contracting of 90 Million dollar security upgrades to the Newark, LaGuardia, and John F. Kennedy airports.
