Paula Lea is a Vice President with CBRE specializing in the leasing and sale of office, medical office and industrial properties since 1997 in the vibrant Southern Nevada real estate market. Paula has had the opportunity to be partnered with many of the top revenue producing teams throughout her career here and been involved in and successfully executed transactions totaling over $2 billion.

With over 29 years of commercial real estate experience, Paula has focused on Landlord and Tenant representation, Seller and Buyer representation, including large corporations, REIT's, prominent national and local business owners and tenants, offering the highest level of service.

Paula's "client first" approach and attention to detail consistently produces successful outcomes for her clients, having leased over 8 million square feet of office, medical office and industrial office space across Southern Nevada during her career. Paula is recognized as an expert in the office market, successfully negotiating transactions on behalf of her clients, including offering strategic advisory services for portfolio optimization and cost savings through in-depth market research and clear optics on the opportunities available in the market.

As an active member of the Southern Nevada business community and the CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter, this has allowed her to build lasting relationships within the business and brokerage community. Prior to joining CBRE, Paula was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
