Margaret Collins

In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

Margaret Collins is a Director for CBRE/New England's Project Management team. Since joining CBRE/NE in 1996, Margaret has provided construction management services for several clients including Fleet Bank, General Electric and Lehman Brothers. Margaret has also served as Senior Facility Manager for Fidelity Investments managing the daily operations of its Smithfield, Rhode Island, campus.

Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Margaret was Vice President of Construction for The Flatley Company where she also served as Planning Director, Project Manager and Purchasing Director for several hotel, retail, residential and commercial office properties. In these roles she managed all phases of development including property assessment, permitting, base building construction and interior buildouts throughout the New England area. Margaret possesses 25 years of experience in the construction management and project management fields. She also managed two first class office buildings in a campus setting for Fidelity Investments. She has successfully completed a multitude of tenant improvements, base building construction and build-to-suit projects across New England. Her diverse experience affords her clients valuable tools in the project development and delivery process.
