In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Perry is a Vice President at CBRE/New England with the CBRE/NE Consulting Group. Prior to her role at CBRE/NE, Perry was a Vice President at Transwestern, which acquired Richards Barry Joyce & Partners in 2013. She provides leasing and sale advisory services for tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston Suburban market. Her primary focus is on the Route 128 submarkets. She supports the real estate goals of firms' diverse suburban bases, helping to support clients both locally and nationally from various business sectors. Perry previously worked as an analyst at DigitasLBi, a global marketing and technology agency.
