In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Pete joined CBRE/New England in February 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President with the CBRE/NE Consulting Group. He specializes in tenant assignments and landlord representation in the Boston market, as well as in national portfolio work. Pete has assisted an array of clients with their commercial real estate strategy ranging from major corporations to start-up and venture-backed growth companies.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, he worked as an Assistant Vice President at Transwestern |RBJ on the Downtown Brokerage team. Prior to this role, Pete was an analyst on the Transwestern | RBJ Research team, responsible for writing the firm's quarterly reports on the office and industrial markets and producing custom research projects for the firm's clients and brokers. He joined the firm from the Lowell Sun, where he served as the daily newspaper's full-time lifestyle reporter for its print edition and online presence. Previously he worked in Colliers International's Boston office, assisting the Boston and Cambridge teams and focusing on medical office buildings in the Greater Boston suburbs.
