Pete Hillman is a Director of Facilities for CBRE on the Microsoft account. Mr. Hillman manages 1.6 million square feet of commercial office space located in Central United States and Canada. His primary responsibility is to establish clarity and consistency in service while congruently driving financial and operational cost savings.
Mr. Hillman holds 20 years of experience in facility management and has managed services for Financial, Restaurant development and Educational establishments. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hillman was a Campus Facility Manager in Fargo, ND and a Consultant for Microsoft sites in China, South Korea and Sweden.
Mr. Hillman and his wife Julie live in West Fargo, ND with their daughter Hannah and son Justin.
