Before joining CBRE, Peter served as Vice President of Land Sales at Elifin Realty. His career is built on a diverse background in brokerage and project management. While at 7 South CRE and RDE, he served as a local broker for several national brands, managing portfolios across seven states in the eastern United States. Peter began his career in 2022 and quickly established himself in the market; in 2025, he was recognized with the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division's Most Impactful Deal of the Year award. Before transitioning into real estate, he worked as a project manager at Laville Cabinets specializing in commercial millwork and production.
A Baton Rouge native, Peter is actively involved in his community as a member of the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, tennis, and duck hunting with his dog Bobbie.
