Pete Manotti, MAI is Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group and serves as Market Leader for the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, New England, and Washington, D.C. regions. Based in CBRE’s Philadelphia office, he leads a team of valuation professionals delivering strategic insights and comprehensive appraisal services across a broad spectrum of property types.
With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Pete has developed deep expertise in institutional-grade assets and large portfolio valuations. His client base includes owners, developers, investment banks, insurance companies, and REITs, reflecting his reputation for precision, reliability, and market fluency.
Pete’s valuation capabilities span appraisals, feasibility studies, portfolio analysis, financial reporting, estate planning, litigation support, property tax consulting, and sale-leaseback advisory.
