Peter Patnaude

Peter leads Advisory Services for the Americas under CBRE's Occupier Advisory & Transactions Services.  He has overall responsibility for creating the strategic vision for this newly organized business line and executing it through marketing, operations, finance and the location intelligence platform. Through strong partnerships with Advisory Service practice leaders, global partners, GCS and Brokerage he drives performance and service excellence for our clients.

Advisory Services include Portfolio Optimization, Workplace Strategy, Labor Analytics, Location Incentives, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Retail and Location Analytics.

Prior to this role he was the head of strategy and operations for CBRE's Global Corporate Services Capital One account for three years. Previously spending nearly ten years with The Staubach Company, Peter was a member of the retail division’s Executive Committee and Market Leader Council.  During his time there he managed the operations of a brokerage region, lead their corporate services group, and transformed the national research/GIS team into a world-class organization.
