Since joining the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team in 2019, Peter has tackled every element of the execution of financing transactions, including pre-marketing due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting, market research, production of offering materials, and closing support. Peter has been directly involved in the analysis and placement of more than $6.3 billion of capital and approximately 135 closed transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Peter completed two summer internships with Bridge Industrial, one of the most active industrial developers in the country.
