During his 14 years with CBRE, Peter Wells has provided his clients with leading-edge real estate services completing more than 750 sale and lease transactions valued at over $2.1 billion on greater than 8 million square feet of real estate. Peter specializes in institutional, corporate and private capital requirements in the greater Orange County area. He is focused on Tenant and Landlord representation, property acquisitions/dispositions, leasing and a variety of adaptive re-use projects. Peter specializes in transaction services and is recognized for his excellent customer service skills, client interaction and strong work ethic. Prior to joining CBRE, Peter worked at a leading Orange County public relations agency. In 2004 Peter was a member of the United States Olympic Team, competing in windsurfing at the Athens Olympic Games. In 2011 he was hired by the United States Olympic Committee to coach the U.S. Sailing Team at the 2012 London Olympic Games while he continued to work at CBRE through the 2012 Olympics. Peter sits on the Board of Directors of the California International Sailing Association, a 501(c)3 organization and in 2014 was awarded the RISE Award from CBRE representing integrity and service within the company.
