For over 36 years, Phil Oester has established himself as a business leader and expert in multifamily properties throughout Oregon, Idaho and southwest Washington. He joined CBRE in January of 2017 as a lead for the institutional multifamily and investment properties team in the greater Portland area, bringing an extensive understanding of the market and a record of over $4 billion in sales since 2015. Phil has established himself as a leader in the multifamily community by creating value for his clients through his extensive market knowledge, resolved work ethic and strong commitment to excellent client representation.
Prior to CBRE, Phil lead the Portland office of Berkadia, where he was the top producing broker for the Portland area for 15 consecutive years. This broad experience and perspective has served him well in his dedication and commitment to securing the best possible value and deals for his clients.
