Phil Puckett is Vice Chairman in the Dallas office of CBRE which includes his time with Trammell Crow Company. Since the merger of Trammell Crow Company with CBRE in 2006 Phil has been with the firm for over 23 years. Given the recent announcement of CBRE’s world headquarters move from Los Angeles, California to Dallas, Texas, part of Phil’s role is to introduce Dallas business executives to CBRE. CBRE is now a Fortune 128 company with over $23 billion in annual revenues. CBRE’s move to North Texas will now increase Dallas-Fort Worth to now having eleven (11) Fortune 500 Companies headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Phil originally began his career with Trammell Crow in starting their office advisory occupier group specializing in representing Downtown and Uptown office occupiers. Phil’s advisory team has represented the best of the best office occupiers including AT&T’s World Headquarters, Ernst & Young, PwC, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, UBER, Comerica Bank World Headquarters, Dallas Regional Chamber and the Dallas Morning News.
Phil’s office advisory team has also represented much of the Dallas law firm community including firms such as Baker Botts, Gibson Dunn, Vinson & Elkins, Thompson & Knight, Norton Rose Fulbright, Winstead, Winston & Strawn, Foley Gardere, Akin Gump, Barnes & Thornburg, Dentons, Fish & Richardson, Alston & Bird, Greenberg Traurig, Perkins Coie, Andrews Kurth and Jackson Walker.
Phil was selected by D CEO Magazine as one of the Top 500 Most Influential Business Leaders in Dallas and he currently serves on the Klyde Warren Park PID Board with park founders including Jody Grant, Rob Walters and John Zogg. Phil also serves on the Board of Directors for the Cristo Rey School in Dallas. Phil has raised over $250,000 for the school through chairing their annual Cristo Rey Sporting Clay Shoot. Phil also serves on the advisory board for Downtown Dallas Inc. as well as Uptown Dallas.
Phil attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas and is married to his wife (Kim) for 36 years. They have three sons (two of which work for CBRE in Dallas). Phil is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
