Phil Heilpern has over 40 years of experience in the Long Island market having joined the CBRE Long Island office in 1985. He is consistently a top producer in the Long Island office and the market leader in tenant representation and property sales. Phil has completed transactions more than 78 million square feet with over $8 billion in consideration. Since 2021, Phil has represented Landlord's in the leasing of over 3 million SF and has completed over 2 million SF of tenant representation transactions.
