Phillip runs CBRE’s Sports Practice focusing on the real estate needs for professional sports organizations, as well as sports adjacent companies. These requirements are typically multifaceted and must solve multiple needs within the organization. In a very competitive national sports landscape, these organizations have to develop the best facilities and stadiums to recruit the best talent and that begins with their underlining real estate.
