Pierce Blohowiak is a Financial Analyst with the Capital Markets – Financial Consulting Group. He focuses on executing on all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal to the coordination of closing of due diligence processes. Pierce specializes in underwriting and analysis on land and income-producing industrial properties. His responsibilities include analyzing historical property income, operating statements, budgets, and leases to determine financial underwriting assumptions. Additionally, he assists in the assembly of the Broker Opinion of Value as well as the Offering Memorandum for clients.
Pierce is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 12 key logistics hubs, the 115 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners team is able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional, and local clients. In 2023, the team successfully completed 444 transactions totaling 118.6 million square feet with an aggregate value of $12.8 billion.
