As part of CBRE’s Tenant Representation Group, Piers specializes in advising occupiers on their real estate strategy, site selection, and transactions. Acting as an extension of his clients’ teams, he provides strategic consulting and negotiation expertise to help his clients align their real estate needs with business goals. His attention to detail, coupled with his knowledge of the real estate market and trends, enables his clients to make informed decisions on their real estate with confidence.

Piers is widely regarded as one of the top tenant representatives in the market, and has been fortunate enough to work on a diverse list of client projects in his career that include headquarter relocations, sublease dispositions, building sales for his occupier clients and portfolio account management. Some of his most recent engagements include advising Businessolver on their 95,000 SF HQ renewal, representing the AM 100 Law firm, Katten on their 31,000 SF relocation in Charlotte’s CBD submarket and assisting the global shipping giant, Maersk on a 142,000 SF renewal of Charter Spectrum.
