He helped shape McKinsey’s AI-first strategy, co-founded and scaled McKinsey Digital Labs, and built global data and analytics delivery capabilities spanning industries and geographies. His work includes establishing Chief Data Officer functions, designing enterprise data strategies and governance models, developing GenAI and agentic AI use cases, and driving measurable productivity, efficiency, and revenue expansion for Fortune 100 organizations.
