Pravin Boteju is currently a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets Group in the Dallas office. Pravin advises Private Equity Sponsors, Corporate Clients, and Institutional Investors in a variety of real estate capital markets transactions including Sales Leasebacks, Acquisitions, and Build-to-Suits. Pravin and his team run a full-service process including upfront analytics, credit underwriting, deal structuring & strategy, marketing, due diligence, lease accounting advisory, and closing. Pravin takes a consultative approach with his clients, spending significant time evaluating all possible transaction structures before entering the execution phase of a transaction. Pravin is well-versed in Sale Leasebacks, Ground Sale Leasebacks, Acquisitions, Net Lease Investment Sales and Financings. Based in Dallas, Pravin advises on a national and international scale.
