Preston Andrews

Preston Andrews began his real estate career upon graduation from the Terry College of Business in 2018. Preston has established a strong background across multiple real estate asset classes having represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and seller in retail, office, land, medical, flex, and industrial property transactions. Considerable exposure across the brokerage markets, along with past participation in the development and property management fields, has laid the deal making groundwork for his focus in the industrial asset class.

Preston specializes in the sale and leasing of bulk industrial warehouse product, industrial outdoor storage, and industrial land. As a Savannah native, he leverages his extensive local knowledge of the Port of Savannah market in conjunction with the global resources of CBRE to generate value for his clients.
